Assignment Management System
The AMS is brand new, but uses work-flow systems that have been developed and utilized since 1995.
The AMS is constructed to be integrated into existing Web-sites via Cross-Site-Scripting. You can have a Web-site now that integrates a low cost full assignment managment system by inserting a few lines of code on your site.
Simply by pointing to a login portal, you and your associates can use sophisticated database-connected applications. The AMS features Table Views, Add/New Record and Record View pages, all with editable data grids with authority based on transactional roles. Each page has been customized with search, filtering, sorting with combinations of page functionality for the typical assignment management transaction in mind. Use advanced wizards within the AMS to enter and manage assignments and invoices, send clients and associates e-mail work-space portals and even collect payments for assignments via Pay-Pal.
No web site is required. All functionality is available by logging into this site, but if desired, a login portal can be scripted for your site. Users login to your site, see your company logo and information, complete transactions and upon log-out, are returned to your home page.

Just remember, that you only need one account in the AMS to be effective. A processor with access to the AMS can manage orders and utilize the email Work-Space Wizard to send work-files to all of your associated appraisers and clients.
