
The Accolade Network
The Accolade Network is an on-line Internet based assignment ordering and management system. Accolade is a system whereby lender/client assignments are inventoried and distributed across the nation to member appraisers/inspectors.
The Network was founded in June of 1995, incorporated in November of 1995, and is owned and managed by professional real estate appraisers, environmental, insurance and related field professionals. In forming Accolade, the founders have taken from their experience in their related fields to develop a management system that provides substantial improvements and benefits for lender/clients and associated members. The network's working server went on-line in June of 1996. During the remainder of 1996, and to the current date, Accolade continued to develop and improve the management system. Accolade is continuing to register appraisers and is now marketing services to client companies wishing to utilize a proven work-flow system in the new AMS (Assignment Management System).
Accolade is not a one-way-street. Accolade considers the experienced pool of associates and client/members to be an asset. Accolade values input from all associates, as well as client/members with the idea that quality input will result in quality output. Accolade considers the Network a collaboration of talents. Appraisers, environmental investigators, home inspectors and clients who utilize the network will have full use of Accolade's secure communications tools to facilitate industry transactions.
Accolade plans endeavors to maintain information and data servers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with planned downtimes (server maintenance, software upgrades etc.) executed during off-peak hours.
