AMS Version 2.0

Programmed for Appraisers

Accolade's redesigned AMS (Assignment Management System) is programmed to enhance the single and multi-appraiser firm, but is capable of tracking large numbers of transactions meeting the needs of a large management company. The new system is ‘Role-Based'.  There is the Appraise Role, Client Role and the Management Company Role.   Combinations of the roles will meet different transaction tracking and interaction models of any company. Users are able to significantly reduce costs and improve the quality and timeliness of placing and tracking appraisal and inspection orders.

An appraiser that has an office and performs appraisals as well as fee splits with others would utilize both the Management and the Appraiser Roles. This would allow the appraiser to track the work assigned to others and segregate the assignments they are completing.

Leverage the Power of the AMS with Just One Account!

AMS users who enter orders have the ability to issue E-mail Work Spaces.

Once an order is entered into the AMS (Assignment Management System), navigating to the Assignment Detail Page and using the Communications pull down box menu and selecting ‘Email Notifications' , allows the assignment processor to e-mail notifications of the assignment to the appropriate parties by clicking on just two links.

Send the e-mail links to the respective parties of this transaction that gives both registered and non-registered users access to the tracking system to interact with the ability to read and add file comments to the assignment.

No login is required. The link will be active for the life of the file. When the assignment is completed, the workspace links will direct the user to the default login screen. Registered users can login and review all prior assignments and manage other files.

By e-mailing workspace links to the parties involved in the transaction, you have confirmed that the assignment is placed and all parties can interact with the file.

Appraiser – Inspector and Client E-mail Workspaces include limited menu items specific to their respective roles in the transaction. The Management Company retains full control of the file.

Appraiser Locator Locate an appraiser with ease. Simply start with your state, drill down to county level and then filter for the appraiser or lender that meets your needs. To start, click on the Find Appraiser Link.

V2.0 You are welcome to register and use the system. Not all of the help files have been created and there are some functions of the system that require better explanation. But your questions as a beta-user will help complete this part of the system.
